The bottleneck

The Upgrade Stalls Underground — Not at the Panel

BC Hydro or your electrician shows up ready to work, but the conduit underground is blocked, crushed, or too small. Nobody else on the job can fix that. We can.

We do one thing

Underground electrical conduit — clearing, replacing, and installing new. That's it. We're not a general excavation company trying to fit this in.

We work with your electrician

We handle the underground scope. Your licensed electrician handles the panel and wire. We coordinate so the job flows without delays.

EV & high-demand upgrades are our bread and butter

Power demand is rising fast — EV chargers, heat pumps, secondary suites. 200A upgrades and new 2-phase feeds require proper underground conduit. We install it right the first time.

What We Do

Our Services

We clear, replace, and install underground electrical conduit so your service upgrade can move forward.

Clear a Blocked Conduit

Clear a Blocked Conduit

Your electrician or utility company is trying to pull new wire but it won't go through. The conduit underground is blocked — roots, debris, a crushed section, or a shifted joint. We locate the problem, expose it, and clear or replace the affected section so the job can move forward.

Real Job Example

BC Hydro arrived to upgrade a home from 100A to 200A service. The underground conduit from the street had a root intrusion — wire wouldn't pull. We cleared and relined the section in one day. Upgrade completed the same week.

Replace Failed or Damaged Conduit

Replace Failed or Damaged Conduit

Old conduit — especially older rigid metal or thin-wall plastic — collapses, corrodes, or shifts over time. If it can't be cleared, it needs to come out and be replaced properly. We excavate, remove the failed run, and install new conduit to current code so it lasts another 30+ years.

Real Job Example

A 1970s home had original metal conduit from the meter to the panel. Decades of ground movement had crushed a section. We replaced the full run with new Schedule 40 PVC, properly bedded and backfilled. No more problems.

Install New Conduit for Service Upgrades

Install New Conduit for Service Upgrades

Power demand is going up — EV chargers, heat pumps, hot tubs, and secondary suites all need more capacity. A 200A service upgrade or a new 2-phase feed often requires new conduit from the street to your panel. We trench, install, and backfill so your electrician can pull the wire and finish the job.

Real Job Example

A homeowner added two EV chargers and a heat pump — their 100A service wasn't enough. BC Hydro required a 200A upgrade with a new underground feed. We installed the conduit run from the transformer to the meter base. Electrician pulled wire the next day.

We specialize in exactly this problem: locating the fault, exposing it safely, and installing new conduit so the upgrade goes ahead.
